All my fault I bought a wrong size twice in a row. Got a refund for the first one but didn't bother with the second one as the return fee meant a minimal refund. Great service though and eventually I purchased the right size

Having ordered a strap from another brand that was wrong size, I ordered one from this brand. I felt nervous as it was a third of the price. Strap arrived well packaged, fitted perfectly, and wears nicer than the brand costing 60 plus dollars per strap (including shipping). I was really pleased. Looks good, does the job.
